Shiva (2024)

Shiva follows the journey of Shivani “Shiva” Kailas Patil (played by Purva Kaushik), a spirited young woman raised by a father who ignited her passion for justice and a grandmother who always had her back, while her mother struggles to accept Shiva’s bold, tomboyish nature.
Ambition & Advocacy: With a fierce determination, Shiva dreams of becoming an IPS officer. Throughout the series, she passionately fights against social injustices, leading protests and shining a light on corruption.
Marriage of Contrasts: She finds herself married to Ashutosh Ramchandra Desai (Shalva Kinjawadekar), a wealthy and sheltered man. Their relationship starts off rocky, clashing due to their vastly different backgrounds—her courage versus his privilege—but eventually evolves into a partnership built on understanding.
