Hukumachi Rani Hee (loosely translated as "This is the Queen of Orders") is a family drama that went on air on Sun Marathi on April 21, 2025, and is telecast daily at 7 PM.
Premise & Characters-
Jaisinghrao Mahadik, the patriarch of the Mahadik industrial dynasty, makes up his mind to hand over the command of his business to his older son, Indrajit.
Rani, played by Vaibhavi Chavan, comes across as a simple and kind-hearted factory worker whose prowess is in believing in humankind and empathizing.
Indrajit, played by Akshay Patil, is his complete opposite—he is greedy and ambitious, prioritizing money over human relationships, and oblivious to the fact that betrayal can even be from within one's own family.
Conflict arises as Rani’s humaneness confronts Indrajit’s materialism, setting the stage for a compelling emotional and moral showdown.

Unique Framework
Unlike most television sets, this show breaks the mold by being shot in a real factory located in Satara, lending the story a grounded sense of realism. Reporters were even invited to experience a day in the shoes of factory workers to truly capture the atmosphere.
According to producer Shweta Shinde, the narrative was inspired by her own mother’s factory and a woman she admired there, symbolizing the heart of Rani’s character. The serial aims to do more than just entertain—it seeks to reinforce the importance of empathy and integrity amid the ruthless world of business.
