Constable Manju (2024)

Manju (also Manjiri Waghmare) is shy, scared, quiet — basically the type to shy away from taking bold action. She is a constable but does all kinds of small, behind-the-scenes police work: filing, organizing papers, assisting others with small jobs, staying out of trouble. She's not the type who fantasizes about catching bad guys, but someone who just wants to steer clear of trouble.
And then there is Satya — tough, courageous, one who acts first and talks afterwards. He is employed by a high-ranking politician and has a reputation for fearlessness. Though he appears boorish on the outside, he is sincere within. He's accustomed to a world of power, clout, perhaps rules being bent; he's accustomed to being respected for his fearlessness.
When a fugitive criminal is included in a police operation organized at a wedding ceremony, the plan puts Manju in the middle of a situation she's utterly unprepared for. As fate will have it, during that moment, Manju finds herself married to Satya. This is an unplanned marriage for both.
