Set against the sacred backdrop of Pandharpur, this Marathi romantic drama explores how love can transform even the most unlikely souls. Manjiri (Pooja Birari) is a fiercely independent young woman—capable and resilient—who outright rejects the idea of early marriage. Her world turns upside down when she crosses paths with Raaya (Vishhal Nikam), a local gangster feared in equal measure for his temper and his loyalty to his world.
The conflict begins when Manjiri challenges a group of goons demanding protection money—Raaya’s gang. Infuriated, Raaya storms into her life in a blaze of aggression. Yet, through intense confrontations and unexpected chemistry, hostility gives way to something deeper: love. Their clashing personalities drive the drama—from stubborn clashes to tender discoveries.
As these two extremes draw closer, supporting characters—including the stern Atisha Naik, Newafelt as the societal pressure, Neena Kulkarni in a matriarchal or guiding role, and Jai Dudhane as the law enforcement presence—add layers of tension, social dynamics, and emotional conflict.
