Laxmichya Paaulanni (2023)

Growing up in a middle-class family, Kalanidhi “Kala” (Isha Keskar), who has a passion for art, creates a beautiful statue of the goddess. Meanwhile, her mother is focused on maintaining the family’s reputation while trying to find a suitable match for her older sister. On the other hand, Aditya, hailing from a wealthy industrial family, is on the hunt for a new idol of “Lakshmi.” When he spots Kala’s idol at the market, he’s eager to buy it right away. However, Kala stands her ground against his arrogance and refuses to sell it at his offered price.
A unique bond starts to form between the two, despite their differences—Advaita can offer wealth and social standing to her family, while Kala is determined to uphold her self-respect and artistic integrity, regardless of financial gain. Their conflict deepens when Kala marries Advaita, but over time, love begins to blossom between them.
